Country Estate  polyvinyl  components are 100% lead free and are constructed using a their own unique, hi-tech scientifically formulated 100% virgin PVC compounds – giving the final PVC product properties that are far superior to other PVC products on the market. The polyvinyl formula used  has been scientifically designed to create a product that endures rugged use and stands the test of time. The PVC produced can withstand the harsh elements and wont deteriorate to moisture, crack with temperature extremes, or become brittle or overly rigid with time. The PVC  has been specifically designed for strength and flexibility with superior impact resistance. The PVC wont fade, discolor or chalk to ultraviolet  exposure. And peeling, flaking, rusting, blistering, and corrosion have been totally eliminated. The day you purchase your Country Estate Fence from Fences-Online or have Fortress Fence install your Country Estate Fence Product,  all traditional fence maintenance will seemingly halt.


It is important to note that Country Estate Vinyl Fence Products are uniquely engineered  to be Lead Free and do not use recycled plastics or other recycled materials (except for recycling their own extrusions.) The importance of this is simple – Country Estate PVC products have been scientifically formulated to contain the specific properties mentioned above. The formula is hi-tech and has extreme tolerances, the only way to achieve the desired properties is by knowing all of the chemicals and compounds that are in the base product. This simply can not be done using unknown recycled plastics as the base product.


Country Estate PVC  will out last all other fence products – is 100% recyclable – and is more “green” than any other PVC product – especially ones that use substandard base products that have been recycled. Many of those “green” recycled fences can not be recycled and will need to replaced because they wont stand the test of time.


Country Estate offers 2 product lines.   The original Mono Extruded product is one layer – with all the chemicals and compounds running throughout the extrusions. One of the most expensive chemicals in the PVC compound is titanium oxide. The primary function of  titanium oxide is as a UV inhibitor. Country Estate is one of the only products on the market that is mono extruded. The primary advantage of using a mono extruded product is that should the product become damaged – say gouged from a weed whacker or scratched lawn maintenance equipment – the UV inhibitors run the entire thickness of the product. This will prevent the UV Rays of the sun from damaging the product  causing discoloration, fading, brittleness, etc.


The new “Green Line” or CO-Extruded version – was designed to meet the demand for a premium quality product that was geared towards the budget minded consumer. Almost all other Manufacturers of PVC  on the market today are Co-extruded.   Unlike many competitors who use  substandard compounds or cheap recycled plastics as the base layer,  then extrude a thin layer of  “Virgin” vinyl as the outer layer -  Country Estate’s Co-Extrusions are all 100% Premium Virgin Vinyl.  In Country Estate’s Co-Extruded product line, the UV inhibitors are limited to the outer layer, thereby reducing the cost of the product with out sacrificing the overall integrity of the product. The inner layer is still the premium PVC product that has been scientifically formulated to achieve all the other properties required to be branded Country Estate.


We offer both products. Products that are Labeled “GL” or listed as “Green Line” are Country Estate Co-Extruded products. Any Country Estate Product that is not listed as such is a Mono Extruded Product.


Country Estate Fence Products are available in White, Almond, Adobe, and Gray in color and are available in solid, solid embossed or streaked to emulate wood tones or grain patterns. Custom Heights and other modifications are available upon special request.
